Kanha National Park in Madhya Pradesh
Kanha National Park, which is located in central India and Madhya Pradesh, is the largest of all the national parks. It has been ranked among the top parks in Asia. The royal Bengal tigers, one of 22 large mammal species, is the most popular attraction. The Kanha National Park is home to the Barasingha, a rare species of deer. Rudyard Kipling’s book, The Jungle Book made it famous around the globe.

Bandhavgarh National Park
Bandhavgarh National Park was once a hunting ground of the Maharajas, but it is now a world-famous tiger reserve. It is a forest reserve with abundant wildlife and vegetation. Bandhavgarh is home to the largest concentration of Royal Bengal Tigers anywhere in the world. This national park is a must-visit destination for wildlife lovers. There are over 22 species of mammals, and 250 species avifauna.
Pench National Park
Pench National Park was the inspiration for the novel “The Jungle Book”. It is home to the Pench River, which flows through the greens. There are many wildlife species that can be found in the rocky terrains. Along with wildlife safaris on boats, visitors can have many other experiences. These include seeing the local tribes and visiting famous dams and temples. Open jeep Jungle Safaris are available day and night. The premises are open to light vehicles and 15-seater buses.

Panna National Park
Among the national parks in Madhya Pradesh, Panna National Park is the 5th tiger reserve of Madhya Pradesh. It is also the 22nd in India. It is located in Panna district and Chhatarpur district. The park covers an area of 542.67km2 and is well-known for its abundant wildlife and avifauna. It is known for its wild cats including tigers, deer, and antelope. The park is home to more than 200 bird species.
Satpura National Park
Madhya Pradesh’s Satpura National Park is a unique and beautiful landscape. It has been conserved primarily to protect flora & fauna. This park won the TOFT Wildlife Tourism Award in 2010 for being the most tourist-friendly wildlife destination. The park is located in India’s Hoshangabad District, Madhya Pradesh. It covers an area of 202 miles.
Because this sanctuary is located along with the Bori sanctuaries and Pachmarhi sanctuaries in India, the Satpura National Park has approximately 550 miles of tigers reserve area.
The best time to visit: October through April. The park is closed from 1 July to 30 September
