Jim Corbett was a legendary hunter, tracker, conservationist, naturalist and author who lived in the Kumon region of Northern India. He was called upon by the local authorities for tracking & hunting “man eating” tigers and leopards in the early 20th century. India’s largest tiger reserve has been named after him, the Jim Corbett National Park.
