Do’s and Don’ts
In order ensure safety and not to disturb the flora & fauna and to ensure that all guests enjoy the natural surroundings we request that each guest follow the guidelines below:
- No firearms permitted on the premises
- No loud music
- We request you not to use your phones in public areas and would appreciate it if they are keep it on silent
- Smoking only in designated areas
- Strictly No Smoking under any structure
- Request all guests to have a staff member accompany them whenever they go for walks outside the premises
- Life jackets must be worn while engaging in any activity in the river. You are requested to ensure that a staff member is standing by whenever you enter the river.
- Please observe meal timings
- Request guests not to shine torches into the forest as it disturbs the animals and birds
- Please avoid littering in the Lodge premises and while on picnics/walks etc.
- Water is a scarce commodity. We request you to avoid wastage.
- If you need fresh towels etc. please let the staff know
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation over 90 days = 10% cancellation charge & 90% transfer to another date. No refund
- Cancellation 61-90 days prior = 25% cancellation charge & 75% transfer to another date. No refund
- Cancellation 31-60 days prior = 50% cancellation charge & 50% transfer to another date. No refund
- Cancellation 30 days or less = 100% cancellation charge will apply.
