The Ranthambore National Park was the hunting ground of the Maharaja of Jaipur. The terrain is rugged and there are rocky ridges, hills & open valleys with lakes and pools.
The Park is famous for its population of tigers which has increased due to major conservation efforts and is one of the best places to see these majestic predators.
This beautiful park is dotted with picturesque ruins, lake palaces, old fortifications and a thousand year old fort. Herds of deer, leopards and other animals roam the park and are a delight to see in their natural habitat.
